FOOD & WINE PAIRING
L'Ange is perfect served with mi-cuit or pan-fried foie gras with roasted figs. This wine will also enhance desserts such as sorbets, marzipan, or fresh fruit tarts. For the more adventurous, try it with Bleu d'Auvergne cheese!
Shiny yellow colour. The nose yields aromas of honey and candied yellow fruits that are also revealed on the palate. A pleasant bitterness toward the finish balances well the sweetness of the wine.
Stony clay-limestone soil on different plots. 13 rows at the entrance to the Domaine. The grapes are picked by hand with sorting at the vine stocks toward the end of October.
