The grapes are harvested manually. Classical long vatting period in concrete vats with carefully monitored maceration. Maturation: 18 months in oak casks.

L'Hermitage will highlight flavourful red meats or marinated dishes such as ‘hare à la royale’.
Beautiful purple colour, deep and intense. The nose is refined and potent, yielding aromas of black berries with notes of spice, liquorice, and smoke. On the palate the tannins are silky smooth. Ideal serving temperature: between 16°C and 18°C.
Granitic sand and alluvial silt, typical to the northern part of the Rhône Vally.
