FOOD & WINE PAIRING
The aromas of this wine are best expressed with typical Provence dishes: beef stew with olives and wine, a tender leg of lamb cooked with local herbs, braised lamb chops with thyme and garlic, rabbit with black or green olive tapenade, or aged goat or sheep cheeses.
Pleasant mineral touch with a refined expression. Good volume on the palate, full-bodied and well-rounded. Red berries (crushed strawberries) are predominant here with subtle floral notes. Fresh and long lasting on the palate.
Terroir and soil: stony clay-limestone. Distributed plots growing at an altitude between 300 and 500 m. Philosophy: Sustainable viticulture based on observation, prevention, and awareness of the natural environmental balance.
