Direct pressing, controlled temperature, alcoholic fermentation, cold clarification followed by several months maturing in stainless steel vats.

A pleasantly fresh and well-balanced wine. An invitation to share AURO ROUSSO around a platter of tapas with the first sunny days. Ideal serving temperature between 8 à 10°.
Beautiful light colour with peachy hues. Generous aromas of slightly acid fresh fruits such as raspberries and redcurrant. Floral notes of rose contribute refinement and elegance. The attack is supple and delicately refreshing.

Stone clay-limestone soil. Altitude of 370 m facing southeast.
