What are the characteristics of the estate’s red wines?

The red wines of Château du Seuil are elegant, structured, and well-balanced. They display aromas of black fruits, spices, garrigue, and sometimes licorice, typical of Provençal terroirs.

The tannins are fine and well integrated, allowing the wines to be enjoyed both young and after a few years of aging for certain cuvées. These reds are particularly suited to Mediterranean cuisine, grilled dishes, and slow-cooked meals.

They reflect the character of the terroir.
