Grape varieties : Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache Blanc.
Harvesting and Vinification : Harvesting at dawn to preserve freshness. Destemming and crushing before pressing in a pneumatic press.
Vinification in French oak from Allier and Never, with stirring for 5 months (suspension of the lees which gives the wine its aromatic complexity). At the 11th month, the wine, after light filtration, is bottled and put down.
Wine tasting notes : Brilliant golden colour, vanilla bouquet. Exotic aromas of lychee and grilled almonds. Well-rounded with a persistent fullness.
Tips : Young and fruity, matured and full-bodied, this barrel-aged wine needs to be left to breath before serving.
