The VineyardThe vineyard, extending over various parcels, is mostly planted on the slopes of the Trévaresse Mountain (bet. 400 – 500 metres in altitude). Red grape varieties are planted on the south-west side, while white grape varieties on the north-west. The soil is made up of chalky-clay sediment, type basaltic, resulting in balance, freshness, aroma, and alcohol that are remarkable for wines from the south. Production is over 55 hectares, with an average of 45 – 50hl/ha. It is classified as Appellation Origine Contrôlée, and respects the most classic grape varieties.
